We are Thomas, Daniel and Pamela and we have lived in this area for over ten years now. We are very active in the local real estate market - both as brokers and investors. Villa Maria is our first vacation rental property, and we designed our Villa Maria condominium to be a home away from home that we ourselves will love to enjoy and feel home at.

We are big fans of Bed and Breakfasts, and small luxury boutique resorts, and hopefully we were able to convey that type of feeling and ambiance with our choice of decor and amenities.
